Worst company I have ever dealt with…non one like them. Have asked about dozen calls - couple for tech help (started in January 2026) and then the last 10 calls to cancel. Today I was on hold for about 10 mins with “customer care” (whaaaaat? Customer Care?) who transferred me to “cancellations” where I was on hold for another 20 mins and who never did answer the phone. But they keep trying to take payments from my account (they get returned each time) and are now sending me past due notices. Why can’t a company like this be shut down for fraud

I also would give this company 0 stars if I could but Google makes me add at least 1 star. My alarm triggered in the middle of the night while we were at home. API Alarm never called us to check if we were ok. I called them to find out why they were not monitoring our alarm and sat on hold for 37 minutes before a human talked to me. They said they had to call me back a couple hours later when I was in front of my panel. They did not call back when they said they would. So I've now called 5 more times, trying to talk to someone and each time, after being on hold for several minutes, their phone system just disconnects my call. The auto attendant is useless because I explain what's happening and it would then transfer me to an extension that was invalid. I'd call back to let it know this, and it would just transfer me to an invalid extension again. It's bad enough they are not actually monitoring my alarm but now I can't even talk to anyone to get this fixed. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I almost want to give five stars but have to agree with most people that its almost impossible to get a hold of the winnipeg branch. But once you do, they are great, they doing theyre best with the short staff they have. Had a raw deal when it came to bell. Its not the workers fault. Quebec team helped me out to get a hold of a tech and he was the best. Kudos to both of them. Fixed my alarm system within the day without even making a house call. Shout out to the tech named Dave. He knows his stuff and very helpful over the phone.
