I am soooo pleased and grateful to have learnt about Activaide. Donna is amazing in her kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable way. I was so relieved to finally be fitted with the correct compression stockings. Donna gave me very good advice on how and when to wear them according to my needs. I left her store wearing the stockings, that she made sure I walked around the store with them on first to make sure they felt good for me. I reassured her my legs were already feeling the difference! Prices are very reasonable as well. That was on May 5th and she even phoned me the other day to check in and ask how I was doing with my feet...stockings, and that they received another pair in stock now in case i needed more. I am so impressed. It is almost rare today to find a gem like Donna with her dedication, caring nature and pleasant disposition. I, like all who have shopped at Activaide, have been recounting my happy experience. Thank you Donna!!!

I called the store yesterday and I was so pleased with the owner Donna . I told her I needed to order a bath hair but could not get there and she said no worried I can deliver it to. She did ! I live in Dorval and she told me sorry for being a it late the bus was late and I said you took the bus here and she said yes she doesn't drive and I needed the chair. I was so touched by her dedication and stunned by her devotion to her customers . I Will be recommending her all day ! Donna ..YOU made an old lady so happy. She brought me the best chair too!

Was there with my daughter yesterday and the owner named Donna got me the best rollator she spent 1 hour with me demonstrating all the rollators in the store . I was nervous at first to buy one but after time with Donna I bought a wonderful rollator and I love it ! What a wonderful experience I had there. Thank you Donna for all your time and patience
