We waited over 20 minutes. We wanted to buy a pair of shoes for $350 plus tax. I went to the counter to ask if we could be served, and the person at the computer told me that as soon as the gentleman finished, he would come. He never came. Always at the computer. Anyway. We left, and no one even looked up to check with us. It seems business is booming after all. No need for $400 in sales… they don't even deserve one star.

For the wheelchair and mobility equipment section, this Medicus inherited the Adaptel service... not very professional, a bit shady, unreliable and of dubious honesty at times...
