I had an amazing experience at Aldershot Audiology. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and super easy to work with. Booking my appointment was simple and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Dr. Shanni Philp took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and gave me advice that actually made sense for my lifestyle. I have tried other audiologists before, but none of them came close to the level of care and attention I received here. I left with exactly what I needed and feel so much better for it. Highly recommend.

My previous audiologist moved away and so I went to Aldershot Audiologist on her recommendation for for repair for a loose wire to ear piece repair. She said it would probably be free since that was what she would do. The receptionist repaired it quickly and well and then charged me $75. I received a full explaination that I was charged only for the cost of the replacement part since I had bought it elsewhere and it was not still under warranty. I was not charged for the labour As I noted it was done quickly and well. I feel very positive about this clinic. It is now a year later and I have been back. I had to decide if I wanted new updated aids or my old ones repaired. I was given all the pros and cons of each decision with no pressure. The time, details and help were outstanding and I am very pleased to be her patient and to know she is there for me whenever I feel the need. I am even more positive about this clinic.
