We recently purchased physio and massage tables from Ann Unicare, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The quality of the products is outstanding — sturdy, comfortable, and clearly built to last. It’s great to see such high craftsmanship and attention to detail from a local company. Pavel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, always quick to answer questions and make sure everything met our needs. Delivery was smooth, and the entire experience was professional and pleasant. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality physio or massage tables and exceptional customer service.

The absolute worse service I have ever experienced!! My clinic is in Dundas, ON I paid extra for "white glove delivery". Yes Pavel finally showed up with the table, but short one foot pedal and they left a loose bolt on the massage table leaving it unbalanced. Pavel said he would be back the following week with the other foot pedal and the proper tool to tighten this bolt. Ha!! He kept promising to show up for a year with foot pedal and to fix his massage table. I have many emails of his broken promises. So, here I am, with a broken massage table and short a foot pedal. This Pavel of Ann Unnicare Inc. does not even have the decency to refund me for the foot pedal. Yes I contacted Better Business Bureau and he did not respond to them either. Seriously, so many other better companies to support. I have purchased other tables with much better customer service. Try Cardon or Body Best. This is not acceptable treatment of small businesses. Now I have to go Small Claims Court.

I took a chance and trusted the owner Pavel if spelled right ‘ eventhough I saw few bad regarding delivery issue. I went and met him in person and to my surprise he was professional and very nice gentleman to deal with. His products are manufactured in site which I can tell the quality is top notch. He delivered to me the item on time, waited at the delivery site with me to ensure he physically help me bring down the item to the basement. I recommend him. Not only for the quality of his products but the professionalism of his service.
