As a contractor, I am used to supply stores being disorganized, rushed and stressful. At this location, Lise and Andrew were outstanding with their service major. Each line item was correct before purchase and assured me of a delivery time easy and simple. Great service great products will be ordering through them again soon.

Bought several items here for a bathroom reno including faucets and a shower. Had quality issues with all of them, store was useless to help, would not shop there again.

I normally do not like giving bad reviews, however, people have to know what they're buying here. If you're looking for a quality shower faucet, spend the money and go somewhere else. Two out of three cartridges failed within two to three years and the shower hose broke within 4. The the replacement hose was a cheap PVC hose instead of the original coiled flex hose that came with it. Not a lot of help from the store or customer service to try and get the correct part All that was said was the original part was not available, even though I provide the new version of the faucet online that showed the same hose. I gave it a two star only because the store does have some good products, and the people who work there are generally nice.
