  I understand why they only have 1 star when I called their customer service. I had a terrible experience with this company's customer service. The staff were extremely rude and impatient. They spoke in a condescending tone, and whenever I tried to ask a question, they would immediately shut me down and say I was interrupting them. It honestly felt like I was being scolded by a boss rather than being helped as a customer. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

  Unfortunately canr give 0 stars, thos is bell mts and smart home, came to us 3 times to tell me theres a problem and they need to get it fixed before they can install almost 2 weeks passed and i get a call saying its ready, but when tech came he said "the work is not been done yet" and cant do the install so i swiched over to a different provider. They called once again an agent being rude to me asking why i did not cancel the order in a loud tone , i told him im not gonna waste my time on hold to cancel an order that i waited over 2 weeks and 4 failed visit from their techs. No answer after that statement and just hung up on me lol

  Wish I could give this 1 star. have had the same issues as the other reviews with cameras not working all the time. For example, the mailman comes everyday but the camera only picks it up a couple times a week? Kind of pointless to have a security system that only works occasionally. I had someone steel my son's bike from our backyard and the camera didn't even pick it up. I also have the fire alarms which are wayyyyy too sensitive. It is far from the bathroom, but still can't shower with the door open or it will go off. It also goes off when I'm cooking and I'm not THAT bad of a cook, ok. There is actually no way out of the 3 year contact. You have to buy out the existing months at full price, even if you move! They said if I move, I have to RESIGN a 3 year contract at my new residence to avoid the fee. The customer service is awful. If you want to call someone, be prepared to be transferred around a handful of times, and wait on hold for at least 20 mins. Honestly, I have been a BELL/MTS customer for over a decade and I just cancelled my other services (internet & cell) just out of pure pettiness and spite because I can't afford to buy out my Smarthome contact. I would encourage everyone to continue leaving negative reviews as this company does not care about their customers, and should not have the "Bell" contract. I hope that BELL drops them (AAA), and finds a better company that does not tarnish their name.
