I was contacted with 24hours after my referral by a booking representative to schedule my appointment. They suggested a convenient location closely to my home. I received text reminders ing with a link to complete my intale forms before my appointment which was very helpful. The clinic i visited was clean, tidy, and the front desk person was courteous. My technician Joanne was pleasant and clear with her instructions on how to do the test. Afterwards, she also informed me of next steps in interpreting the results and when it would be sent to my physician. Thank you Careica team for a great first visit!

Bored staff, no smile no welcome feeling, appointment scheduled at the time they open the door. Patients have to wait in the car in the parking lot if they come 10 min before apoint time( as is always recommended). The tehnician in a hurry to explain& carry test, while no line up of clients anyway... Time alocated is 60 minutes, done in 45 with repetations. You get out tired and frustrated...Hope the MD Specialist is carefuly reading and writing the report!!! Very unprofessional approach and patient bed maners poor , since my last similar test a few years back at a different clinic.

tried to sell me out of date cpap for full price the unit was discontinued in 2021. I saved $1,300. online. another machine they offered at full price leaks formaldehyde, and presents a real fire hazzard. For which the usa fda has banned the whole company from selling any cpap units in usa. (any Phillips dream station 1&2).you can't tell me upper management was not aware of these issues and yet still continues to sell them. A very important oxygen test took 2 weeks to be looked at. the other information they told me was avilable from the cpap machine screen report. so ya a hard fail..near useless....as seen below in other poor reviews they pathetically attempt to put the onus for improvement on the client, not on themselves to improve their service.. the words 'virtue signaling' came to mind.
