Bought a Casper Hybrid Wave mattress today. The W 4th store was easy to navigate and Gio, the manager, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would return to this location for other items like bed sheets and pillows.

After 3nights of use, this is what we see?? I understand sometimes it happens and since I still like the mattress firmness. I tried to contact Casper everyday for the last 5days. Either Casper Vancouver store never answered my phone call or the Casper customer services(when you press 2) always put me through Casper US first so they reroute me to Casper Canada and then its suddenly disconnected or the barely connected phone assistance has poor communication and problem solving quality. So I still couldn't figure out who can properly help me. This is def not the way to deal with your customer after we paid $3,000. My order number is CC400823. Plz I beg anybody contact us back.

This review is based off the product quality: I bought Casper’s Duvet set. Immediately it started pilling, creating balls of fluff all over the bed which would stick to our clothes and get all over the floor. We contacted customer service and they sent us a new set free of charge, but the same thing happened with the replacement. It has been only a few months of use and all the buttons that attach the duvet cover to the duvet have fallen off, causing a huge headache with assembly after washing. I would not recommend buying this product.
