Terrific customer care and concern for my financial situation coming into the holidays. I investigated three potential suppliers, and this one met my benchmarks. I am medically knowledgeable, being that I make my living as an editor of biomedical research papers; however, I appreciated the complete explanations about the use and care of my prescribed APAP machine. I was also especially happy with the recommended mask. I have an allergy to silicone (causes contact dermatitis). I used the new foam mask last night, and it was both comfortable and left no redness. The only reason for the 4-star review is that my Monday appointment was rescheduled by telephone call right before I was heading out the door. Got up early for no reason, which is hard with my rheumatoid arthritis, and I actually had a total of six unavoidable early mornings booked this week (medical and otherwise). Not the best start to the week, especially with a new medical device to start using.
