    I use blister packs and couple times I took wrong blister, and understand this only when see extra blister for morning and missed for night. When I saw advertisement of Custom Health I thought that can fix this problem. But I was wrong. I hadn't anything but headache from them. First, they said that they can't use supplements, which I bought and have to order them from their suppliers and sent to me authorization form to charge my credit card and checking account, without providing price. I try to avoid to allow charge my accounts except when no other way (insurance companies for example) because even Canada wide companies charged extra money, and charged $100-200 extra. This time I didn't see other way, and requested quote first. Quote was no bad, and I decided to transfer file. From this day I hadn't anything but headache. They contact my pharmacy to transfer file. Next day they wrote me that pharmacy sent them medications list different from provided by me. I checked my list, sent them screenshots from my pharmacy account, and again and again they wrote to me that pharmacy sent them different medications list. They asked me to make photos of my blister pack. And anyway they wrote to me that they have different medications list. Why they wrote to me 10 times and didn't call to pharmacy I don't understand. Finally they said that they can deliver machine with medications this Friday. When I called to my pharmacy to confirm file transfer, pharmacist said to me that if they'll transfer my file and I decide to make reverse transfer, they won't be able to fill it by supplements because of new regulations, but I didn't pay attention to that. And they were right. From Monday I sent them a few emails to arrange machine delivery and set it up. And only when I wrote to them that when we'll arrange date and time, they sent me email, that they can't deliver machine earlier than next Friday, because of delay of some supplier, and asked me to call to my pharmacy to fill one more blister pack. Theoretical it's not big deal, but I won't be able to get supplements. And I don't want to deal with Custom health any more. Who knows, may be they again with life treating medications. And what I gonna do. Pray to God to save my life until medications will be delivered during unknown time? Of course I decided to come back to old pharmacy, and they wont be fill supplements for me. And now I have 3 choices, rid off from supplements, add to blister pack pills organizer with supplements, or refuse from blister pack and fill pills organizer by myself every week. Conclusion, I wasted time, nervous, and got additional problem, which I don't know how to solve. My suggestion, before start deal with them ask them to send to you list terms and conditions or contract and read it thoroughly. Who knows, may be they reserve for them right to delay with medications delivery without any responsibility.

    When I first enrolled it was great. However trying to update my medications and get them transferred has resulted in many missed medications and high levels of pain & anxiety. I have reached out to speak to someone further regarding this issue and will await & update if I do get a reply. [UPDATE] DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I gave them a fair try. I eventually got a response regarding my previous issues mentioned above. It resulted in me having a dedicated pharmacist... and for a while it was ok. They never did end up getting all my meds in the machine and continued to send my vial refills delayed or not at all. So I decided to go so somewhere else. I started the process mon. It's Thursday. Not only are they finally releasing my file to the new place they decided I had to keep using them for 2 more frustrating weeks. TLDR: Don't bother. Even though the machine is cool, the pharmacy is terrible and not worth the time or effort it takes to get things done with them. Stick to the blister packs and a smaller pharmacy. You'll have better luck.
