Review – Davisville Care Clinic I’m writing this review after my third visit to this clinic regarding the same ongoing issue. Over a month ago, I came here for a persistent and painful lesion on my lower lip. The doctor informed me that a dermatology referral would be made and that the specialist clinic would contact me. No one ever did. I waited over a month with daily pain and no follow-up. I returned to the clinic again to address this, and a second referral was made, once again incorrectly. I was referred to a clinic that does not treat my condition. I was never informed of this, and no one verified whether the referral was appropriate. Today, I went in person to the dermatology clinic I had been referred to, waited nearly an hour and a half in line, only to be told that I was sent to the wrong place and that they could not help me. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that this situation exists solely due to errors made by this clinic, not by me. I then returned to Davisville Care Clinic for the third time, clearly explaining the entire history. Despite acknowledging the situation, there was no sense of urgency, no accountability for the previous mistakes, and no concrete solution offered to help me access appropriate care in a timely manner. I was essentially told to wait again. This lesion causes constant discomfort and pain, reopens frequently, and has been affecting my daily life for weeks. What makes this experience unacceptable is not just the delays, but the lack of ownership, poor referral management, and absence of proactive care after repeated errors. I understand clinics are busy, but patients should not suffer for months due to administrative mistakes and poor coordination. At the very least, I expected accountability and help correcting a problem that originated here. Unfortunately, my experience with Davisville Care Clinic has been deeply disappointing.

The worst place to get the compression gloves that I have seen in Toronto. Very disorganized, lack of communication, and NOT to trust them. You must check your orders at the store otherwise you will end up with wrong items.
