What a wonderful first time using a wheelchair transport service! I was able to get my mom out for a few hours of shopping and lunch. The driver was friendly, safe , on time. Rates were very reasonable. They were very easy to book, and accomodating . Highly recommend 👌

Just started using this service and have to say they are amazing. Just pre-book your trip and they are there. Take you to your appointment and then back to pick you up. Yes it's a little more money but I'll pay extra for the reliability and peace of mind of not being left waiting on the street for a regular taxi. Our driver Jessica was very friendly and professional. 100% using this service in the future.

First time using Dependable Dispatch, young Mr. Singh arrived on time, was polite, professional and friendly. Arrived at the appointment on time and when we needed to return home it went just as smoothly. Will definitely be using this service again.
