Horrible experience compared to the first time I purchased a mattress there 5 years ago. My wife and I went in a few weeks ago and the sales people didn't even bother to greet us. Finally we saw one of them ask their colleague "oh should I serve them?". We finally got served and told Carson that our budget was around $4000 - $5000 but he was showing us mattresses well over $10,000. He barely gave us any attention and I had to repeat myself numerous times for him to answer. At one point he even took out his phone and was playing a game while I was trying to ask him a question. After the sale, I had to be the one to say thank you and initiate a handshake. What a horrible experience from all the staff members.
