While there was a minor problem with operating the reclining component, Elran customer service team expedited our issues and resolved our concerns with professionalism and genuine care. We bought some beautiful leather sofas from Elran. We enjoy them so much that we bought another set for the tv room. As well their support services is top notch! Carlos the technician was very professional and resolved our request very quickly.
