I tried to return a product that they did not warn me was not refundable at purchase. Then when I showed up at the store with the product, the store clerk spoke down at me like I was a dog. Very disrespectful and I don't think I've ever been talk to that way before. If he had explained the situation, I would have left gladly. I have spent so much money at this store since my dad was handicap for many years and recently my mom had a nasty fall. I had no problems and even referred many people to the store. But, never again, nobody treats me like an animal and can expect me to return to spend my hard earned money.

I rented a wheelchair after knee replacement surgery. The transaction went smoothly. I pre-paid for the order and had a third party pick up the chair. The chair is what I ordered and is serving me very well. The service was friendly and the staff very helpful.
