Every time I come here the staff seem lost and confused and they have no idea about what products they sell nor do they know the prices of anything.. Asking a question here gets the staff very confused, more training is required for sure because all they know how todo is take your drivers license to add your info into the computer system and nothing else.. I won’t be back and do not recommend this place to anyone due to lack of knowledge and customer care doesn't seem to matter here..

"Professional, efficient, and caring service. The team at Freedom Respiratory & Sleep Centre really knows their stuff. They helped me get my sleep back on track and were helpful with all my insurance and equipment questions. Best sleep clinic I've been to in Edmonton. Special thanks to Jeremie for her patience during my CPAP trial—they made sure my mask fit perfectly and that I was comfortable using the machine before I left. Highly recommend her for anyone needing sleep apnea support!"
