I reviewed their offerings on line and decided to go with the cellular version. I had no trouble to receive or install the product which appears to be working well although I have only tested it one so far. I have entered four stars as there was some communication and product description difficulty. This was ironed out after a 'phone call.

I have been using this watch for my uncle who wants to live in his home alone. He had fallen a few times and the system worked perfect! They contacted us and talked to him through the watch to make sure he is okay and called for help when he wasnt. Truthfully I can't imagine what would happen if he didn't have this watch. I have even called on long weekends and someone is always there to help or answer questions. Very had to find Service like this. Chris has always been there to help so thank you very much!!

DO NOT USE GALAXY They were great to engage at the start and ensure proper set-up for my elderly Mum BUT as soon as we tried to cancel (whilst we were dealing with her death) my siblings and I had to make numerous calls (and we were ensured it was cancelled), we returned the device as instructed, yet they still had the gall to debit our credit card regardless that the device was off. So disheartening.
