GMS customer for 10+ years, low monitoring prices. Good service. Recently asked them to do quote on a communication upgrade to the panel and then proceed with the work. Everything was not perfect on the first visit, but they communicated well and came back immediately to fix it. Much appreciated.

I am really happy with the GMS security system and everyone involved in the process of inspection to installation and more importantly after sale services. The inspection team was on time and very knowledgeable in providing expert guidance bespoke to your home as well as the location. They provide valuable information and various option to ensure that we pay for the perfect safety solution especially given the location and to meet our expectations. They were very friendly and answer all our questions with loads of valuable information and guided us to come to terms with a right mix of security features to enhance the safety ness of our home. We really appreciate this guidance since we busy parents having kids at home. Installation was very smooth and interactive with very important and valuable guidance to ensure that we understand how the system works and how we should respond/control in an event of an emergency. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful by providing answers to all our questions and guided us as to how to use the panel. After sale services were exceptional and I can’t be thanking enough especially to Danerick for his commitment in delivering the best ever experience. He was very helpful and respond us on time and never hesitate to go beyond his capacity to bring in what we can called a phenomenal and outstanding client experience that resonate with us for longer time. Very well done team GMS. We can recommend them to anyone who is looking for best security services to your home or Business.

Horrible experience. Sales rep came to house, did a walk thru. Promised a quote the next week. Waited 1 month the sent a quote that did not reflect what we discussed at my home. Stay away!
