  I have been using this device for several months. It needed some trimming to fit comfortably without irritating my gums but once I got it to fit properly it has been very helpful. It does not totally eliminate my snoring but definitely helps and I awake feeling more rested than without it. I do sometimes remove it without waking up but this happens less and less and if I try to sleep without it I actually wake myself up with my own snoring as before. It does keep the tongue forward in the mouth so it doesn't relax back and close the airway. I do still experience a slight sore throat in the morning as there continues to be some snoring. I would recommend this product.

  I tried several anti snoring devices over the years, but nothing worked - OR - i couldn't sleep with it in my mouth. I even consulted a doctor to consider surgery until I finally stumbled upon the Good Morning Snore solution. To be 100% honest, the first one I got really bothered my gums, but my fiance told me i wasn't snoring, so I kept wearing it. I ordered another one after about a month and it didn't bother my gums at all. I have now been using it for over a year, and I can tell you, I sleep better with it than without it. I actually wake myself up snoring if I don't wear it. The only negative is, like every other mouth piece, it makes you drool. No bid deal, considering it allows me and my fiance to sleep in the same bed. I would 100% recommend you try this if you snore. Give it two months to get used to it and you'll be happy with it.

  The Good Morning Snore Solution worked pretty well in the beginning and I was much happier about it not hurting my jaw the way the hinged mouth pieces from other companies did. It does take a little getting used to having the pressure on your tongue, but I found I leave it next to my bed and wait a bit until I am drowsy, then I don't get distracted from sleep when I put it in my mouth. However, you do run the risk of falling completely asleep without putting it in. My complaints are: First - PRICE. What in that small piece of plastic can cost $100?? Second - why does in loose suction and become less effective fairly quickly. My husband says I still snore some EVERY night but some nights are better than others. I think it is better when I get more suction on my tongue so it holds it in place better the whole night. I have been very tempted to try some newer knock offs that also hold the tongue instead of pushing the lower jaw forward. There are several that are MUCH cheaper, but I can't find very many reviews on them yet. I did buy 2 of the Snore Solutions the last time I purchased because at least the 2nd one was a reasonable price at $30 more than just buying one. Maybe by the time I need a new one, you will have lowered your price or one of the other companies will have more reviews about their products. Still wish I could find something that works ALL THE TIME and doesn't annoy my mouth if I wear it every night. I still spend at least one night on the couch every week. Have also been looking at tongue/throat exercises to try to strengthen the muscles in your throat that are relaxing in sleep. Until I started snoring, I only thought you could snore on your back and when you breathed through your mouth and I don't do either!
