This company does not honor their warranty. They won't let you speak to the Manufacturer company. Therefore they decide if your issue with the bed is worth replacing. A good company should help the customer out in these situations, not The Good Night Bed Company! UPDATE TO GOODNIGHT BED COMPANY RESPONSE Thank you for your reply. I would like to correct several statements in your response, as they do not accurately reflect what occurred. First, at no time was I offered the option to exchange or trade for another mattress. When I phoned you directly, I was told to “go to a big box store,” which is the opposite of offering assistance or alternatives. Second, the claim that I refused a reasonable solution is misleading. I was seeking warranty support for a mattress that showed significant issues only three months after purchase—despite being a $2,000 product advertised with a 10-year warranty. I followed the guidance given to me regarding rotation and leveling. The issues continued regardless. Third, while you reference normal impressions and manufacturer standards, the mattress was not performing as expected in such a short period of time. The loss of support and structural concerns were the reason I contacted you in the first place. Being told repeatedly that this was “normal” did not address the actual problem I was experiencing. Fourth, I dispute the implication that I ignored follow-up or assistance. My frustration stems from the lack of a clear, fair resolution—not from unwillingness to cooperate. My review reflects my genuine experience: a costly mattress failing within months, followed by a process that left me feeling dismissed rather than supported as a customer. I am simply asking that the situation be represented honestly. I did not decline a reasonable exchange, and I was not satisfied because my concerns were not properly resolved. Goodnight Bed Company is the best go to store when you are looking for a new bed. It is a family owned business - Deb & Tim excel in customer service. They ensure that you find the perfect mattress - you are never rushed or pressured to buy. Deb spent 2 hours with us, asking questions, allowing us to try a variety of mattresses, and ensured that we found the perfect match. They are friendly, professional and care about their customers. We are thrilled that we purchased from them, and not from a big, box store. They stand behind their products, are quick to communicate, and ensure that if you have any concerns or questions, they are there to assist right away. Highly recommend this company, would buy again from them. You will be 100% satisfied with their attention to details and superb customer support!

Tim and Deb are very nice people, and were good to deal with at the time we bought our mattress. Sadly the mattress is not as we has hoped. We did have it replaced under warranty through Good Night Bed Company, but in order for the warranty to be honoured we had to buy a foundation for our bed. So that was more money out of pocket. We have had this new mattress now for a year, and it has the same issue as the mattress before. This was not a cheap purchase ($1500 with tax) but now we have a bed we are unhappy with.
