I will preface this by saying I now go to Old South Optometry and they are a lot more accomodating and kinder. Now the DAY I got my glasses they were so loose they fell off, and when I went back to get them fixed they said I would have to pay for it. It hadnt even been 2 weeks since I picked up my glasses. I said no since I genuinely couldnt afford it and decided I would come back when I had the money, well that was about a month later and my glasses got SO damaged in that time that I had to get all new glasses. When I went back after the month, the same man had the audacity to comment on the scratches and how loose they were. DUH???? I go to Old South Optometry now and they made sure to do everything correctly the first time around. They also dont charge me if I need to go back to get something fixed within 3 months of getting my glasses.
