Customer service is excellent. And for the first time Hakim was able to find me the right fit for my contact lenses. I have been to many other optical stores and never fixed the issue. Great job great customer service

I have been with the same optometrist for 6 years and have never filled my prescription at the adjacent Hakim Optical. Today I asked for a quote and Snehal was so amazing to deal with. She had no expectations and wrote out my quote including the price for a single pair of glasses, along with the discounted offer for 2 pairs. I had no intention of purchasing my reading glasses hear when I looked at a few frames, but Snehal's knowledge, patience, honesty and polite demeanor changed my mind. Thank you for being an incredible induvidual.

Just a quick review of Hakeem optical atBritannia and Mavis Road just had an interaction with an associate from the store. I was there requesting a screw for my Gucci frame We’ve never been to this location. However, they associated was very helpful and assisting in fixing the lens back for us is she was kind enough to put a screw. She didn’t have the same exact, but she put another one she was quite friendly. I would recommend this location. It is the first time I’ve actually entered one of their location and the amount of display they have from style shape color. It’s excellent collection on display. I would recommend giving this place a check out that’s Hakim optical factory outlet and they are located at 765 Mavis Rd. that’s at the corner of Britannia and Mavis anyone looking for a glass I’m sure you’ll find your fit here….. just walk in the associates are excellent…,
