I’ve had an excellent experience with HearCANADA, Burlington. I purchased my hearing aids there and continue to return for regular hearing tests and device checkups. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes appointments comfortable and stress-free. I always get excellent support from Rebecca and others at the reception staff. They are always welcoming, organized, and very helpful with scheduling appointments and answering questions. Audiologist Stephanie has been especially wonderful — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She always makes sure my hearing aids are working perfectly and answers all my questions with care and attention. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. The follow-up service and ongoing support have been outstanding. Their kindness and professionalism make every visit a positive experience. I am a physician myself and highly recommend HearCANADA Burlington to anyone looking for outstanding hearing care and personalized service.

Hearing loss can be devastating - on personal and professional levels. It can render everyday conversation futile, remove the subtleties of a musical performance or movie soundtrack and reduce communication to Yes and No. But there is technology that can help - and hearing professionals. With my deteriorating loss of hearing, I was fortunate to discover Hear Canada in Burlington. My first impressions were thoroughness and empathy. The audiologist went beyond the usual hearing tests, related to my unique requirements and made her recommendation. They gave me more than ample time to test the high-tech hearing aids in various situations, provided adjustments as needed, and have continued to fine tune the fit and settings to offer the best experience possible. I'm a musician and it matters. Not to name names, but my previous experience with a competitor was not so great - they just seemed to go through the motions. Even with government assistance and a health plan, hearing aids are expensive. You sure want them to work right. Thanks to Hear Canada for listening. Carefully.
