In my opinion, it is good when everything gets more expensive to offer a free hearing test. I do not believe that anymore. I had made an appointment with Hearinglife on Lonsdale on my own, to accept their free hearing test. When I got there the receptionist ask me to fill out a one-page questionaire. When I disagreed to fill in everything. I refused. Including to give permission to provide others in the field with my personal info. I did give my name and address, but they also wanted to know my doctor, health insurance provider and number,etc all for a free hearing test. I realized that the free hearing test was to bait in customers to buy their expensive hearing aids. Additional, the parking situation on Lonsdale is atrocious.

Their service after sales is impeccable. I work among public all day long . And to show recognition is i won't hesitate to refer them . There alot of hearing places around , but that one is the cream of the crop . Régent Moreau .🙂👍
