One of the pharmacists here is in dire need of retraining or a very long vacation - she is so hostile. It’s very bizarre, both in body language and in tone she signals that the clients walking in are of deep annoyance to her. I was by contrast friendly and polite and simply asking if I had any refills left. I’ve never encountered such an openly hostile pharmacist and I’ve lived in 4 provinces so I’ve met my fair share. Management listen to your customers - this employee is a liability to your business and there is something really really wrong with your employee. Everyone else who works there is totally normal, kind even.

The pharmacy has had my best interests in mind whenever I've gone in to pick up medications, and they went out of their way to keep me safe by explaining the risk factors of the prescriptions. Thank you!
