We purchased a 9 piece custom-designed dining room table and chairs at the La-Z-Boy in Richmond. We received excellent, courteous and professional service from 2 staff members and design consultants, Jay Thien and Niki Fidler. They helped us in every step of the process; from initial consultation, to style and fabric selection, to their in-house assessment at our home, to the ordering and delivery process. And the 10% discount was much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend La-Z-Boy for all your home furnishing needs.

Unlike other furniture stores, where you feel as though the staff are “vultures in waiting,” the La-Z-Boy team gives you room to breathe as you look around the store at your leisure. If you have questions, they are happy to provide the information you need and then let you have space again to process. All that to say, I am the proud new owner of a new recliner! Thanks to Jay at the Richmond location, your patience was greatly appreciated!
