Told him I would be waiting beside them in the clinic while he filled my prescription "30-40 mins" only to hear from the original pharmacy 30 minutes later that they were having trouble faxing the prescription over. Lalli's literally let me and my child sit and waste 30 minutes and didn't even bother telling us there was a problem getting our prescription

I had a terrible experience at Lolly Care yesterday with my pharmacist 🧑⚕️ my regular dosage was 400 and he switched up to 500 yesterday and without me knowing and we went back-and-forth about it and he said I don’t matter My partner was there and he was taking my defence about this situation the Immorality of it all came to my defence about my dosage? he didn’t wanna to listen to me and he kept saying I don’t matter what I say didn’t matter And my partner asked for the previous five months receipts with the right dosage of 400 My partner just wanted to him to show him that he was. a Liar The client is always right, especially when it comes to dosages of their medication he disrespected me in my partner to our faces and I’ve been dealing with lolly care for years since 2013 and Suki should retire he has no right to be there if he treats his clients like this
