The London drugs at Southgate always great. I've taken laptops on for repair. I consistently find good deals there . Recently bought a dishwasher and it turns out there was damage once box was open . The manager of the tech department Chris Lyons was excellent in his customer service . So appreciate when another person does their job well and fairly.

Went in today (the 30th) at around 12:15 pm to purchase a perfume I had been eyeing. The beauty advisor who helped me was incredibly sweet! I didn’t catch her name, but she went out of her way to check whether the ongoing beauty discount they were having applied to the perfume I was getting. She was so patient and genuinely helpful while I decided, and I ended up purchasing it thanks to her. Such a great experience and amazing customer service!

Fantastic service with staff always ready to help. Joe K was amazing when I came in to choose a camera, he was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. I came back another day to check out a flash and asked for him, but he wasn’t working,Aaron F helped me instead and was just as professional, attentive, and friendly. Highly recommend this place!
