  The guy wouldn't sell me items on my flexiti. Looked at me and said the system is down, when I asked why he snapped back and said I already tried 5 times I won't again. I asked him to ring up my items so it would be easier to find when system came back up. Reluctantly he did after opposing. He was apparently the manager and names sid s. Super rude should not be in customer service. I felt something was off so called another london drugs to ask of their flexity log in system was down and they said they got in no problem so he was lying about the flexiti system to avoid selling me items and I have no idea why. I provided two pieces of id and have never had this problem. *update drove over to another London drugs 6 minutes away, they completed the transaction with no issues. So sid just wanted to say no so he didnt have to do the digital paperwork im guessing.

  I went into London Drugs just expecting a quick, boring insurance errand… and somehow walked out in a better mood than when I came in. Huge thanks to Ella G. — she was absolutely amazing. Super personable, genuinely kind, and went way beyond what you’d expect. She didn’t just “process insurance,” she actually helped — explained things clearly, made sure I understood my options, and somehow turned something usually stressful into an easy (and even enjoyable?!) experience. Honestly, if all insurance visits were like this, people would start looking forward to them… which feels illegal Thank you, Ella G., for making my day and setting a very high bar for customer service!

  Warning to all customers: please be very careful and double-check your products. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a pair of headphones, and when I got home—without ever opening the box—I decided to return them the next day since I didn’t actually need them. However, when the employee opened the box in front of me, we discovered that instead of headphones, there were laundry bags inside. They told me they will investigate the situation first and then decide about my refund. This clearly shows that the product had been tampered with before it was sold, as I never opened the package. Despite this, I am now stuck in a situation where I may not receive a refund for something that was not my fault. I find it very concerning that there are no proper controls in place to prevent this kind of issue. It directly impacts customer trust and reflects very poorly on the store. I am requesting that this situation be investigated promptly and that I be given a fair resolution as soon as possible. I also strongly recommend that future customers double-check their products before leaving the store to avoid going through a similar experience.
