  I had an exceptional experience seeing Gabriele Brencher for dry eye treatment! As both a vision therapist and medical aesthetics practitioner, Gabriele brings a very unique level of knowledge, precision, and care to her work. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely looked after and understood. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer questions thoughtfully, and create a treatment experience that felt incredibly professional, personalized, and reassuring. What stood out most was her depth of knowledge and holistic understanding of eye health, aesthetics, wellness, and patient care. Her approach felt both highly advanced and deeply human at the same time. The treatment itself was excellent, and the level of professionalism from the entire team was outstanding. The clinic is beautiful, calming, modern, and exceptionally well organized, with incredible attention to detail throughout the entire experience. I was also very impressed by Dr. Altaz Shajani and Dr. Coralee Mueller. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional physicians, and together the team creates a truly world-class standard of care. It is rare to find physicians who combine such high-level expertise with genuine warmth, sincerity, and attentiveness, but this team absolutely does. I would highly recommend Gabriele Brencher, Dr. Shajani, Dr. Mueller, and the entire team to anyone seeking advanced dry eye treatment or exceptional eye care!   I had such an exceptional experience with Lynn Valley Optometry, especially with Dr. Coralee Mueller. She is honestly one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever encountered. Having lived all over the world and experienced care from many highly knowledgeable physicians and specialists, I can genuinely say Dr. Mueller is at the very top of my list. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely listened to, cared for, and taken seriously. Dr. Mueller was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to really understand what I had been experiencing instead of rushing through a standard exam, and explained everything with such clarity and care. What truly stood out to me was how she looked at the bigger picture rather than just basic eyesight. During previous eye exams elsewhere, many of my symptoms and concerns had been brushed off or overlooked, but Dr. Mueller was able to connect the dots almost immediately. She identified visual strain, fatigue, and some focus-related issues that have likely been contributing to symptoms I’ve experienced for years, and honestly, it felt like someone finally understood what was going on. Her recommendations and insights have already been nothing short of incredible. I left feeling relieved, reassured, and optimistic for the first time in a long while. The clinic itself is also outstanding. They use an impressive range of curated, high-end, high-tech diagnostic tools and technology that I genuinely have not seen at other clinics before. You can tell there has been an incredible amount of thought put into every detail — from the equipment and patient experience to the atmosphere and level of care. The space is beautiful, calming, professional, and exceptionally well run. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, polished, and kind. Dr. Mueller is a very special and incredibly talented doctor. You can tell she genuinely cares about improving her patients’ quality of life, not just completing appointments. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her, and honestly would advise others not to waste their time elsewhere. I will absolutely be returning to Dr. Mueller for years to come, and I truly would not want anyone else looking after my eyes moving forward. An outstanding experience from start to finish. 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

  was a great experience from start to finish. The whole team was very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The appointment went smoothly, and they were especially helpful with selecting frames and walking through the options without making it feel rushed. Really positive experience overall, and I’d be happy to recommend them.
