The Good - As soon as I walked in, I was able to find what I needed and the price was $10 less than another establishment I visited. The Not So Good - Three employees were visible to me, one of whom was already helping a client. Though I was able to find the product myself, the other two employees seemed "occupied" at their desks so I sat down to call the person for whom I was buying the product to ensure that I was purchasing the correct brand. After a few moments, I was approached by one of the other employees. Instead of asking if I needed help, I was simply told that they closed at 5PM to which I answered, "Yes, I know. That's 30 minutes from now." I took the opportunity to see what other products they sold before approaching the counter to pay. The older woman who served me was quite unpleasant and abrupt. She promptly advised me that there were no returns and no reimbursements on the product (I didn't expect there to be). She was so sour that I asked to verify the contents of the box. Seemingly displeased by my request, she told me that the box was not opened. I pointed out that some of the other brand boxes had been retaped and I didn't want to take a chance. By this point, I was thinking about walking out but I decided not - I did not have time to return to the other establishment. When it came time to pay, she pointed her finger to the cash register at the other end of the counter as if I were a problem. I paid and left. If I shop there again, it will be because I have no choice. It will definitely not be for the client service.
