We had an excellent experience at Matelas Bohneur from beginning to end. Weeks ago, we were shopping for mattresses around the area and we decided to go to this store located in Lasalle. The representative greeted us immediately & was incredibly attentive to our needs. He walked us through a variety of options as he explained the differences between the various types of mattresses. Even though we walked out of there without buying anything, he genuinely took the time to help us finding the right type of mattress for us as we had no idea what to expect / to get when we first entered the store. Thank you again for the great service!

I came into this store 3 1/2 yrs ago before i moved to buy a new double size mattress and frame and I had to go to Dormez vous recently to buy a new mattress. The sales at Matelas lady told me you do not have to turn it around the mattress and all of a sudden it was sinking right in the middle and even the threads were coming off needless to say I am alone and always have a mattress cover. My beother had the same bad experience as well and would never shop there again.
