I left three messages in total, each requesting a callback! NO response whatsoever! What if it had been urgent?? Completely appalling customer service!! Go to the competition!!

I requested emergency oxygen at 8 a.m. when the offices opened because it wasn't available before. While my mother urgently needed oxygen (advanced COPD), they told me they were classifying the file as "urgent" and then making several follow-ups that proved pointless since they can't deliver to Laval. Although they had this information at 8 a.m., we only found out two hours later. Without the immediate ambulance call (at 8 a.m.), I don't know what would have happened. They are kind, but what good is it if you receive no service? I'm not ordering a Christmas present here; this is oxygen for someone's survival. There was absolutely no sense of urgency.
