  I do not recommend purchasing from Leon. It was a very bad experience to pay for a new item and receive something that appears to have been used. The sofa even arrived dirty and with the showroom-style cover still attached, which made it clear it was not truly a fresh, new item. I had a very disappointing experience with Leon. The items were sold to me as new, but at delivery I noticed there were issues. I immediately informed them about damaged legs, however I also explained that the house was under painting and I could not fully unpack and inspect everything at that time. I clearly communicated this from the beginning. After some back and forth, they offered $200 compensation for the sofa legs, which I accepted at that stage. However, once I was finally able to fully unpack and inspect everything, I discovered that the armchair was not in the same condition as the other two pieces. While the other items were acceptable, the armchair showed clear signs of being used or not properly handled, unlike what was expected from a new product. The main issue here is not only the condition of the item, but also the lack of proper transparency and responsibility when the problem was first raised. As a customer, I expected clear communication and honest resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in the company.

  I purchased a love seat from Leons furniture store in Dorval. The presale service was excellent. All my questions were answered and the customer service representative volunteered other useful information. The love seat arrived within a reasonable delay and the delivery team was very professional and respectful of my home. Unfortunately, the love seat arrived with a hole missing to insert the leg. I spoke with Claire, who was quite understanding and sent a technician the following day. The technician was professional, efficient and very tidy. He even asked for a vacuum and cleaned up after he drilled the hole. The love seat is comfortable, well built and exactly as anticipated when I made the purchase. I highly recommend Leons, Dorval if you are looking for good quality products at reasonable prices and excellent customer service.

  I’m sharing this so others can be better prepared when placing a special order. I purchased a sofa from Leon’s in January 2026 and paid in full upfront. I understand that custom orders take time, but the delivery timeframe has changed several times. I was first told the end of March, then mid-to-end of April, later mid-May, and another employee even mentioned June. Because no estimated delivery date was written on my receipt, it has been difficult to get clear or consistent information about when the sofa will actually arrive. I even spoke with the manager, but unfortunately no definite date or compensation was offered. My advice: make sure the estimated delivery timeframe is written on your invoice before paying. I’m still waiting for delivery and hope this can be resolved soon.
