Very pleased with our Murphy bed - it works well, looks great, and fits nicely in an awkward spot, Michael was easy to communicate with. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and answered many questions for me. I would definitely recommend.

I just have to share this story about Michael. He came by our office to pick up a large metal and glass whiteboard we were selling. Without hesitation, he hoisted this massive 6x4' piece by himself and carefully made his way downstairs. As he gently set it down, we both heard the sound of shattering. The inside of the board had completely broken, and shards of glass were spilling out everywhere. Instead of getting frustrated, this incredibly kind man offered to help me dispose of it. Together, we loaded the now-bending and broken board onto the roof of his van (which did end up scratching it in the process), and he still smiled through it all. His generosity and calm demeanor, even in the middle of a messy situation, really resonated with me. I felt so horrible for the enormous mess that was caused, and he just continued to be as helpful as possible to ensure we disposed of it properly, and ensured everyone stayed safe and glass-free in the process. As we talked, I learned that he works at Murphy Bed Pros (which apparently has been around for 30 years!!) I immediately made a mental note to send anyone in need of a Murphy bed their way, simply because of Michael's integrity and kindness. I just had to share this moment - it was such a testament to the type of person he is and the kindness that we need to see more of. Thank you, Michael!

Super happy with my bed!! Michael was amazing and so helpful! They also matched the stain I needed against a piece of furniture that will be next to it. They were on time, great witj delivery and installation and even came back to adjusted based on the thickness of my mattress. You will not regret buying from Michael - stands behind his product.
