Huge thank you to Daniel and National Massage Chairs. We called Daniel for an appointment and he got us in on a Sunday which was great as we were coming from Surrey. We had planned to shop around but after hearing about Panasonic's warranty and their recent sale, we were one and done! Daniel thought we'd be able to have the chair by Tuesday but ended up getting it to us by Monday afternoon. He went above and beyond and my dad is SO happy with his purchase. Thanks Daniel!

Daniel was super knowledgeable and very helpful in our hunt for new massage chairs. Delivery and setup was amazing and the chairs are exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend National Massage Chairs.

Ok the 5 star reviews are well deserved from my perspective. I purchases a massage chair from there over 10 years ago. I have never had any issues with the product until recently. I reached out to Daniel and he not only responded right away but he also diagnosed what he thought might be the problem and then came to my house the very next day to do the repair. The problem was solved quickly and the cost was minimal. Daniel understands very well what it means to stand behind the product you sell. All I can say is well done and Thank You Daniel!!!
