Great experience purchasing my mattress. Arnold was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. The free delivery only applies to delivering to the 1st floor of an apartment/ condo. They charge $40 to bring the mattress upstairs. This wasn't communicated to me until 10 minutes before the mattress arrived. Very unprofessional and will prevent me from reccomending them. I will update with a review of the actual mattress.

Bought crip mattress in January 2026 and stitches opened up in multiple locations in March2026 ( lessthan 3 months) . Warranty doesn't cover this factory mess up and quality issues. Save your money look elsewhere! How my 2 year old suppose to sleep in a ripped mattress? Edit: I see a review from the company after my message and I added 2 screenshots from multiple replies from their customer service. I do not think customer service agents knows how to solve the matter.
