I bought a Nova 20” rollator at NW Health and Safety and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. Melanie assisted us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and she was so patient, friendly, and charming even though I spent over an hour comparing and re-comparing every rollator in the store and stayed 20 minutes past closing time. Melanie never rushed me and she never mentioned they were closing soon. Just the opposite!! She entered wholeheartedly into my choosing process and even took time to tell me about her favorite accessible trail nearby. As I was leaving (it was now past closing), I decided to buy a cell phone holder and Elena, the other employee, helped Melanie fasten it onto the rollator and neither of them told me it was past closing time or seemed impatient. I only realized it was 20 minutes past closing time as I was walking out the door and looked at my watch. Then I realized I needed to use the bathroom and they cheerfully turned the lights back on and showed me where it was. These two people not only showed me OUTSTANDING customer service, they are kind human beings.

Thank you Amy and Shelby! My wife and I were needing crutches for our son. We called just 5 minutes prior to closing to see if they had crutches for his size and they did. They stayed late after closing until we arrived to pick them up. Great customer service and very caring people.
