Terrible support when needed. 9-4 Monday-Friday only . No technical support otherwise. Systems Do Not work consistently. Staff office support made excuses for problem I had. FEBRUARY 2025 .

As my family has issues with the care here. I still think it's a resonable place for seniors. Prices are fair and it offers great opportunities to keep seniors in dependant.
