We can not recommend Nothin Fancy as a furniture retailer. From our experience some of their products come from China and are not durable. We found out that one USA importer ACPacific provides a warranty but does not seem to accept listed warranty covered claims. The retailer Nothin Fancy provides a 10 day store warranty and relies heavily on ACPacific to handle warranty claims within the first year. It seems to us that if you run into a product issue after 10 days, it's now your problem and you may have simply wasted your money.

Went to the Bayers Lake location last thursday, looking for a new couch. The service in the showroom was top notch! Our sales rep took great care of us. They were honest and informative, and let us browse at our own leisure. We found something we liked, and they explained everything about the transaction, and delivery. Couch was delivered a couple of hours ago. Guys on the delivery truck were super nice, and moved everything into my apartment safely and carefully. The new couch is awesome! All in all, a great experience for buying our first new couch in years! Thanks to you all!!!
