I have only great things to say about the level of service and care we received at Omni Hearing. We ended up there because I was looking for a second opinion on my dad's hearing aids. The device had been deemed too old to service elsewhere. Kabir and his team were excellent. And, amazingly, they got the device working. Kabir was patient, taking time to walk my dad through a range of other options to consider if he ever needed them. So, if you're looking for excellent customer service from a knowledgeable professional, I strongly recommend that you visit Omni Hearing.

Can't say enough great things about Kabir! Unexpectedly I was under a time crunch to see him. He pulled out all stops to get me in and have my needs addressed which included meeting him at 6:45 Friday night after his clinic closed. Kabir - the type of professional customer service you provide is a lost art. Keep it up please! And thank you very much!

I have been working with Kabir for a number of years now. I highly recommend Omni to anyone who finds that they don't hear as well as they once did. Kabir fitted me with a modern hearing aid that hides in my ear canal. I have had no problems with it and now find that I would not want to live without.
