Dr. Dinh has been outstanding throughout my dry eye journey. I was dealing with significant dry eye symptoms that were affecting my ability to work and function comfortably day to day. He took the time to explain the treatment plan clearly and set realistic expectations, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. The IPL treatments themselves were handled by Bernadette, who was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, patient, and made every session comfortable and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the care I received from both Dr. Dinh and Bernadette. Their treatment has made a meaningful difference in my symptoms and overall quality of life.

I have been going to One Vision for a few years and always have a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, there is a great selection of eyewear, and doing eye check ups is a smooth process. Recently, the whole team at One Vision were very accommodating and fit me in at the last minute when I was having an emergency. They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to be seen and the appropriate imaging was completed. Dr. Fabian Tai was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and put us at ease. I have also seen Dr. Dinh and Dr. Fong in the past and they have been equally great!

We are so grateful for our experience at One Vision Optometry. My son Jevi is 5 years old and has high astigmatism, and starting vision therapy here has truly made a difference for him. Dr. Tai has been incredibly kind and thorough from the very beginning. We are especially thankful that he was able to detect that Jevi needed vision therapy early on. He took the time to explain everything clearly and always made us feel supported and confident in the care plan for our son. We’ve been doing vision therapy for about 6 months, and we’ve noticed a big improvement in Jevi’s attention, especially when he does his exercises consistently. Seeing that progress has been so encouraging for us as parents. A huge thank you as well to Melissa, Jevi’s vision therapist. She is amazing with kids, very patient, positive, and encouraging. She makes each session enjoyable, which really helps Jevi stay motivated and engaged. Overall, the team at One Vision Optometry truly cares about their patients. We highly recommend them to any parents considering vision therapy for their child.
