Making the decision to purchase my hearing aids from PARDON ME HEARING has been a very positive experience for me. My first visit was to PARDON ME HEARING but I am always one to investigate a big purchase and ask others about their experiences. After doing some "investigating" I returned to PARDON ME HEARING. Why because I was very impressed with Meaghan. Step by step she explained everything. When I knew I was going to move forward and purchase the hearing aids I had my daughter come to the appointment. Meaghan explained the no interest plan they could put in place for a number of months. This was a big help to me. Meaghan raised the sound capacity gradually. I saw her for a number of appointments where she did this plus cleaned and changed the ear buds every time I went to the office. Kathy the receptionist was most pleasant as well.
