Used to be a huge fan of this store. Would go in every week to get supplies. Cashier lady at 4 55 pm today June 1st 2026 was extremely passive aggressive. Asked me if it was debit or credit. It was the 1st time I was using a card so l didn't know. She almost yelled at me. I was in shock. She needs training and an anger assessment . I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

I dealt with the rudest and most unhelpful employees. Also, why do you have the colorful chairs all lined up by the parking lot if you can't even grab one or check the prices without being yelled at by staff and drivers trying to back out of the parking spaces? Like honestly, not smart whatsoever. Questionable motives. Are you hoping someone gets hit by a car? I will never be back. Happy to get all the items I need elsewhere.

Payzant’s Lower Sackville has always been a staple for building materials. You notice how you’re greeted and communicated with inside and outside in the lumber yard. Attrition seems to be low, there’s a lot of people working there that had been with the company a very long time! This speaks to management and their effectiveness. Love this company and the drive through, partially covered lumber yard!
