Atrocious telephone system. Get hung up on 60% of the time. 2 of their 5 phone lines go nowhere. PJC makes billions but is second-rate.

Huge selection of cosmetics with extemely friendly and well-versed staff to help you. They didn't sell toilet paper or paper towels which was unfortunate.

I was told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting close to an hour. Staff were polite, but the time estimate was very misleading. Please be more accurate with wait times.
