The have no heart, except one worker. I have a sick niece and wanted to buy medication before closing . One worker let me in and the other rudely escorted me out. I understand they were closing but when it comes to an infant have sympathy.

This is my go-to pharmaprix location in the lasalle area. It's strategically located along Champlain road. The store is managed effectively, it's clean and properly lighted and stocks are adequately maintained. It has a very wide area of free-parking. The checkout experience is wonderful because there's a staff who can readily assist cheerfully and efficiently. I strongly recommend this store even just for quick and sudden stop to buy your needs.

Please forward this to management or let them know!! Last week I came to buy perfume at Pharmaprix and I had THE BEST experience thanks to Bianka from the makeup section. She is honestly one of a kind – the kind of staff member that can really make a difference. She was sooo friendly, uplifting, and had such a positive vibe that it completely changed my day. She didn’t just help me with my purchase, she made me feel like a VIP customer the whole time. I left the store smiling from ear to ear and thinking “wow, this is what amazing customer service feels like.” People like Bianka are rare. She has incredible people skills, such a warm personality, and a natural talent for making customers feel happy. And definitely, great selling potential, the attitude of top tier sales person!! She 100% deserves to be recognized for the great work she does – please let her know how much I appreciated her help!
