They don't answer calls or emails after your test is taken. If you need a pcr test go elsewhere!

I popped in yesterday disheveled and without an appointment because I didn't realize I needed a COVID test to travel back to the US. The woman at the front desk and the wonderful man who was the lab tech (and door man), let me in and were so gracious and helpful in fitting me in and walking me through everything I needed in order to make my 7AM flight today . Thank you so much for all of your help! This place is wonderful!

No complaints regarding my PCR test (August 2021). Although the testing is carried out by the provincial health lab and not Praxes, I received my results in 24 hours. The "travel certificate" showing the lab's accreditation – provided by Praxes on request at no extra charge – was accepted by Air Canada for the purpose of returning to Hong Kong. And in my own experience they were responsive by phone and email.
