Fair pricing. Polite, helpful service. ____ A year later. NO. Do not use them. I called about an alarm and they did not even pick up the phone. Takes weeks to get a tech to come to fix something. And tech was not great, we figured out the problem. We cancelled with Protectia. And we moved to Access Security - they came on time, found a simple contact to fix, returned all our calls.

We have been a client for several years and found their service reliable. They did not try to upsell me and allowed me to keep my current equipment from a previous company even though that company tried to tell me I needed to change it all. I appreciated their integrity.
