Thank you for your amazing friendly service. We came from Espanola about a 5 hour drive and realized we forgot my sister's bipap hose. Not sure the name of the man's name that served my mom but he actually donated her a hose. Thank you again, we were so happy to find a place open on a Saturday

Hands down the BEST customer service experience ever. Literally. I met with Jason last week for a consultation and was already prepared to make a purchase, as I had full coverage. Regardless of my buyer readiness, Jason was so thorough in his approach, explaining all considerations behind each decision and he offered such great flexibility in post-purchase decision changes/adjustments, should my preferences change after using my machine for a few weeks. I wish they sold EVERYTHING here; I'd never shop anywhere else lol. If you're seeking a CPAP consultation, go to Pureflow and ask for Jay. You really can't go wrong.
